Roast the meat in oil. Add the onions. After the onions are cooked, add the tomato paste and roast. Add garlic. Add the tomatoes that have been cut into cubes. Wait until the tomatoes are cooked.
Prepare bechamel sauce at the same time. Melt the butter, add the flour and stir for a short time. Continue to stir and add milk little by little. Add salt and pepper.
Lasagna will use it without boiling. You can use a rectangular cookware. Spread a bucket of bechamel sauce and place a layer of lasagna. Add minced sauce on top of lasagna. Pour bechamel sauce again. Repeat this process until the sauce is finished. Put a layer of lasagna on top and pour the rest of the bechamel sauce. Add the grated cheddar cheese to the top and place in the oven. Cook the cheddar until golden brown.
